Treatment Inclusions
The treatment includes, but is not limited to, the following pests:
- Cockroaches *
- Ants
- Silverfish
- Carpet Beetles
- Spiders
- Wasps
* German Cockroaches and Fleas incur a surcharge of $95 each on top of General Pest Treatment cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Both German Cockroaches and Fleas require a second treatment after 3 weeks. This follow-up treatment is priced at $140.
Lockable rodent bait boxes are extra at a cost of $40 per large box (rats & mice) and $20 for small (mice), including bait. Once purchased, these boxes can be replenished at a reduced cost.

- Spiders and Ants – 3 month warranty
- German Cockroaches and Fleas – 3 month warranty (provided recommended follow-up treatment completed within recommended time and other recommended advice has been followed)
