Thermal imaging scans done to scan for termite activity inside wall cavities and hidden spaces as well as moisture readings to identify any conducive conditions that need to be given attention.

Lockable rodent bait boxes are extra at a cost of $40 per large box (rats & mice) and $20 for small (mice), including bait. Once purchased, these boxes can be replenished at a reduced cost.
Warranties
- Large Common Cockroaches – 6 month warranty
- Spiders, Ants and Rodents – 3 month warranty
- German Cockroaches – 3 month warranty (provided recommended follow up treatment completed within recommended time)
